What we keep and why
To be completed from SELYO's record of processing: account details, bookings and payments, ID checks, messages and reviews, location while you search, and the lawful basis for each.
Who we share it with
The host of each space you book, and the providers SELYO runs on:
- Supabase (database and sign-in)
- Stripe (payments and ID checks)
- Apple and Expo (notifications and Wallet passes)
- Resend (email)
- Vercel (the website)
- Anthropic (translating hosts' texts)
Transfers outside the EU
To be completed: the safeguards for each provider.
How long we keep it
To be completed. Invoices and booking records are kept as Romanian tax law requires.
Your rights
You can see, correct, download or delete your data, and object to how it's used. Download your data and delete your account from Profile › Account in the app, or write to privacy@selyo.xyz.
Complaints
You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
