SELYO is a marketplace where you book workspaces from independent hosts. Our company details are on the Company information page.
Your account
You need to be 18 or over. You sign in with a one-time code, Apple or Google. Before your first booking we check an ID document, because reception admits you by name.
Booking and paying
When you book, your contract for the space is with the host; SELYO arranges the booking and takes the payment. Prices include VAT. The SELYO service fee is shown before you pay.
Cancellations and refunds
Each space has a cancellation policy, shown before you pay. The details are on the Cancellation and refunds page.
At the space
Follow the host's house rules and arrive within your booked time. Message the reception from your booking if something is wrong.
Reviews, messages and reports
What you write must be honest and lawful. You can report a message, a review or a listing; SELYO acts within 24 hours.
